No Repeat. No Heavy Lift. 3 Workouts. Is that a bad thing? 

Bill and Chase sit down and analyze the programming for the 2022 CrossFit Open.  First they try to define the purpose of the Open now that the new season structure dictates the purpose of it.

One thing is for certain, this isn't the Open of old. Now the question is, is that a good thing?
